200 Pages and Counting

My 1st draft manuscript entitled "Running from the Sun" has reached the 200 page mark the other day. This means that in book form, it will likely exceed 500 pages when all is said and done. Of course after this draft, it gets trimmed and polished and given an academic seal of approval. When do I expect to publish this work? Hopefully in April, but more likely sometime next year. I want this book to be the best work I have done to date. I want it to stand out.

I am hoping to read excerpts of it at a future East Asian Cultures Club meeting and also at a conference in April in the history department. I may also do something with the Peace and Human Rights club or classes too. But it would be nice to have a finished product to coincide with the lectures I give.
